Location: Onsite in Denver, CO
Summary:
Reporting to the VP, Procurement, The Procurement Analyst works closely with the Procurement Manager, supporting Construction, Solutions Engineering, Legal, and Finance teams. Focus on delivering on time services and equipment for Prime’s various data centers in the US and Europe. Proactively identifying areas of opportunity, the Procurement Analyst plays a critical role in managing suppliers and tracking procurement performance for the organization.
Job Details:
- Identify reliable suppliers, and establish Purchase Order & Conditions
- Manage supplier contracts including renewals, document management, and risk management
- Maintain supplier KPI reporting
- Manage inventory levels, track shipments, and maintain an efficient flow of goods
- Support supplier management and build long-term relationships
- Provide RFP responses in a timely and complete manner
- Collaborate with Construction, Finance, Solutions Engineering, and Legal teams
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Procurement required
- CPSM certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365 required
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
