Summary:
Prime’s Sustainability Data & Reporting Manager will play an important role in advancing sustainability at Prime. This person will be responsible for our greenhouse gas accounting and reporting; managing and monitoring sustainability metrics across environmental, social, and governance (ESG) priorities; collaborating with subject matter experts across the organization to track and support progress on our goals; and monitor the stakeholder landscape to understand drivers and trends. The successful candidate will enjoy both quantitative and qualitative work, and thrive on working collaboratively.
Location: Onsite in office located in Denver, CO (RiNO District)
Reports to: VP, ESG
Amount of Travel: Up to 20%

Summary:
Prime’s Sustainability Data & Reporting Manager will play an important role in advancing sustainability at Prime. Responsibilities:
- Lead Prime’s greenhouse gas emissions inventory management and reporting, in accordance with the Greenhouse Gas Inventory and including Scopes 1, 2, and 3. Coordinate across the organization to gather and review data for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain emissions data sources and adapt inventory to carbon footprint methodology changes
- Track sustainability metrics and progress against targets
- Create and manage reports with sustainability data, including regular updates for investors. Convey quantitative information in a visually compelling and clear format
- Support development of annual sustainability report by gathering and reviewing input from internal stakeholders across the organization
- Perform benchmarking to understand key stakeholder groups’ sustainability priorities and performance. Frame and communicate Prime’s relative positioning
- Partner with Procurement team to help gather and monitor supplier sustainability data
- Monitor evolving regulations, frameworks, standards, and stakeholder trends
Skills & Qualifications (minimum):
- Two to three years’ experience with organizational greenhouse gas accounting, including Scopes 1, 2, and 3. Deep understanding of the Greenhouse Gas Protocol
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainability, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Track record of gathering, organizing, and analyzing large datasets
- Experience developing and/or utilizing systems to track multiple qualitative and quantitative goals and metrics over time, and present information in a clear manner
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across organizational boundaries to advance objectives
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel; proficient in PowerPoint and Word
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven results-driven approach with attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Passion for sustainability, with a proactive mindset in sharing ideas and contributing to innovation
Skills & Qualifications (preferred):
- Experience with ESG reporting frameworks, such as SASB and CDP
- Knowledge of green building practices and certifications
- Knowledge of EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive and other ESG-related regulations
- Data center industry experience
- Competitive base salary ($70K-95K) and performance bonus program
