Reports to: VP, Head of HR Location: Dallas, Hybrid
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting all aspects of the HR function—including employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and the processing of timely and accurate payroll tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Support
Prepare onboarding and offboarding documentation for new hires and exiting employees.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Process payroll semi-monthly for US and European based employees.
Administer and track employee benefits enrollment and respond to basic inquiries.
Assist in performance review and employee evaluation processes.
Help enforce company policies and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Coordinate employee training sessions, staff meetings, and engagement activities.
Office Administration
Handle incoming and outgoing mail related to Human Resources.
Assist the accounting team with corporate card transaction review, vendor invoicing, and petty cash management.
Support company events, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements.
Qualifications:
Education: Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years in an HR, office administration, or generalist role.
Strong understanding of HR practices and office management procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS or payroll software is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
